حذف البيانات — زاد المسلم

تطبيق «زاد المسلم» من تطوير محمود مدحت. البيانات الوحيدة التي نحفظها على الخادم هي بيانات ميزة «زادٌ لمن تحب». أما باقي بياناتك فهي على جهازك فقط.

كيف تطلب حذف بياناتك

صاحب الصفحة يستطيع إغلاقها فورًا من داخل التطبيق: افتح الصفحة، ثم القائمة (⋮)، ثم «إغلاق الصفحة».
لحذف الصفحة أو بياناتك من الخادم نهائيًا، أرسل رسالة إلى البريد أدناه بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات».
اكتب في الرسالة رابط الصفحة (يبدأ بـ zadalmuslim.web.app/p/)، واذكر إن كنت صاحبها أو مشاركًا فيها.
ننفّذ الطلب خلال ٣٠ يومًا، ونرد عليك بالتأكيد.

ما الذي يُحذف

إذا كنت صاحب الصفحة: الصفحة كاملة، واسم من أُنشئت له، وحجوزات الأجزاء، وأسماء المشاركين، وأعداد الذكر.
إذا كنت مشاركًا: اسمك الظاهر، وحجوزاتك في الأجزاء.

ما الذي يبقى

لا نحتفظ بأي نسخة بعد الحذف.
أعداد الذكر الجماعي لا تُربط بأسماء، فتبقى ضمن مجموع الصفحة ما دامت الصفحة قائمة.
البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك (الإعدادات، والمفضلة، وختمتك) تُحذف بحذف التطبيق.

Data deletion — Zad Al-Muslim

“Zad Al-Muslim” is developed by Mahmoud Medhat. The only data we store on a server belongs to the “Zad for Your Loved Ones” (زادٌ لمن تحب) feature. All your other data stays on your device.

How to request deletion

A page owner can close their page at any time inside the app: open the page, tap the menu (⋮), then “إغلاق الصفحة” (Close page).
To permanently delete a page or your data from the server, email us at the address below with the subject “Data deletion request”.
Include the page link (starting with zadalmuslim.web.app/p/) and whether you are its owner or a participant.
We complete requests within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

If you own the page: the whole page, the name it was created for, juz’ reservations, participant names, and dhikr counts.
If you are a participant: your display name and your juz’ reservations.

What is kept

We keep no copies after deletion.
Group dhikr counts are not linked to names, so they remain part of the page total while the page exists.
Data stored on your device (settings, favorites, your khatma) is removed by uninstalling the app.
